A Customer Care Centre is operational at our Head Office, Indore for the benefit of the customers (Toll free No. 18002336677).
The centre provides telephonic responses to queries regarding rates of interest, information regarding branches, particulars of various deposit and loan schemes etc. Enquiries are also received and responded through e-mail (e-mail id: care @ sbindore.co.in). The bank has launched a new initiative for customer grievance redressal called SMS SBN SERVICE. Accordingly, customers can record their complaint or suggestion by sending a simple SMS "SBN SERVICE" to 56161 if they are not satisfied with any of our services or have any suggestions to improve our services. Each SMS sender is contacted by the Customer Care Centre (CCC) to know the details of the grievances. The CCC, thereafter, takes up the matter, with the concerned branch for expeditious resolution of the complaint. All grievance calls are logged and kept open until fully resolved. All pending calls are monitored by the Top Management.
